After about 3,000 pages of documentation and unlimited man-hours and a huge amount of money, we are proud to announce that SchoolMaster has been accredited by the Ministry of Education as an approved SMS provider for schools throughout New Zealand.
We believe that SchoolMaster is a unique product in the New Zealand market, with features that are not available on any other product, including:
- The ability to take laptops away from the server and work on assessments, before returning the laptop to the server range and updating automatically. This option is particularly useful for teachers who wish to work in the comfort of their own homes without having to wait for slow internet access.
- An extremely simple design interface which means that the program can be learnt quickly and become extremely useful in a short amount of time.
- A very flexible assessment system which caters for a wide range of school requirements. We haven't yet found a school which could not work in with the almost unlimited assessment design capabilities that SchoolMaster has to offer.
- A team that listens to what their customers require. Our last survey showed that we have an over 98% customer satisfaction rate. In addition, our own phone surveys show that 85% of customer queries are answered almost immediately with a further 20% answered within a few days and the remaining added to our customer suggestion database for inclusion in future updates.
