UpdatesSchoolMaster updates are now available through our webpage. You will have been notified of any SchooMaster changes through your email.Version 4.17 is a MAJOR update for workstations as well as the reports/utilities folders. You will need to update ALL your workstations as well as your server using the Complete version. As this update is happening towards the end of Term 4, you may choose to wait until the holidays before downloading this update. To make this download simple, we have placed all the files you need into one complete folder for each operating system - Macintosh417Complete and Windows417Complete. We would recommend that you download the whole folder on to one machine. Then unzip this and put it on to a CD or flash drive. You can then quickly put the relevant files on to each of the workstations and on to the server machine. For your Workstations you will need to install: SchoolMaster.exe (for Windows) SchoolMasterXv4 (for Macintosh) REPORTS (for both) UTILITIES (for both). For your Server you will need to install: MacOSXServer (for Macintosh) WindowsServer (for Windows) We would recommend that this update is put on to all workstations and the server fairly close together. AUTOMATIC UPDATE For those who have installed 4.15.7 around the school, you may like to give the automatic update a try. In the documentation section of this page there are instructions on how to use the automatic update. |
